The Cause Law Firm, LLC is a specialized boutique law firm in Birmingham, Alabama with four primary clients: (1) the burdened service member or veteran, (2) the barriered student, (3) the busy solo or small firm attorney, and the (4) burnt out pro se litigant. These four distinct clients drive our unique practice areas of Veterans Law, Education Law, Legal Process Outsourcing, and Unbundled Legal Services. At The Cause Law Firm, we aim to provide our clients with an experience from consultation to closure that is Compassionate, Attentive, Unique, Strategic, and Efficient. Galatians 6:2 KJV states, “Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.” My personal motto is: "Helping People Regardless of the Platform". As a Believer, I am assured that I have been called to help others, spread joy, educate, and share the Gospel. The Cause Law Firm, LLC is ministry and we are here to help. I have a unique and diverse background with experiences in ministry, art, public health, building construction, education, and law. This conglomerate of experiences is the creative and vibrant edge I bring to such a corporate and noble profession. The beauty of my public health education stirred a strong realization that laws and policies are tools for change. I was then inspired to pursue law to eventually work in policy and advocacy. Upon passing the Alabama Bar Exam in 2022, I embraced the slow build of what you see today: The Cause Law Firm, LLC. By intentionally learning systems and people, I was able to better define my causes in the law and how God wanted me to show up to help. As a lifelong learner, I stay specialized in a variety of content areas which contributes perspective and knowledge to very individualized situations. I get to bring the classroom to the courtroom and in interactions with each client. I get to bring an acuity for design and detail to every document that is drafted. I get to create a streamlined and enjoyable experience for each client who desires personalized strategies and solutions. If I am not actively working in law or education, you can likely find me serving with my beautiful church family at H.O.P.E. Church, spending time with family and friends, enrolled in a course, volunteering, shopping, traveling, cooking, event planning, designing, writing poetry, hiking, fishing, or enjoying nature.
